AIA Oregon Moda Center Suite Rentals
AIA Oregon has a benefit to offer our Allied Partners and Firm members: access to our Suite at the Moda Center for concerts and events - where you can host AIA leadership, your own partners and friends, or other clients! Nights will sell fast! Reserve your event opportunity today!
Take advantage of the opportunity we have to use a small, frequently cleaned, semi-private space and reconvene small group get togethers for their committees and task forces. The suite will accommodate up to 22 (16 reservable seats, and 6 SRO tickets) at a time, has a private restroom, and comes with food, and a suite service staff that can take food orders/deliver items to the suite directly for you. The Moda Center/Rose Quarter facilities staff manages the aspects of COVID protocols, cleaning, and security, so you can be assured that we’re getting together as safely as possible.
Once your event is reserved and paid for, AIA Oregon staff will contact you for the names and information needed for attendees so that tickets can be directly transferred. It’s really that simple!
The Moda is accessible to the MAX and we would encourage the use of transit as much as possible for some members. Some of our section members can work with AIA Oregon staff to organize transportation options as needed.
Sponsor an AIA Event
There are a few ways that Allied Partners and Firm members can take advantage of this space:
Fill It Yourself - For $2500, you can reserve the suite for an event and bring your own guests, limit 16 attendees.
Let Us Fill it For You - Interested in sponsoring a Committee or Section event? For $1250, you get 2 seats and access to up to 14 AIA members. Please contact us for possible event sponsorship opportunities.
There are a limited number of SRO tickets (no designated seat) for each event. If you are interested in individual SRO tickets to any event, they are $200 each.
Free for AIA Oregon Volunteer events
Committee chairs and Section leadership are also encouraged to reserve the suite! Click on the registration link above and select the “AIA OREGON SECTION OR COMMITTEE CHAIR Suite Reservation” option for an event, which does not have a fee. Once your event is reserved, AIA Oregon staff will contact you for the names and information needed for attendees so that tickets can be directly transferred. It’s really that simple!
