Ollie Court, developed by Homes for Good Housing Agency and designed by PIVOT Architecture, will be the first affordable housing development with onsite childcare built in decades in Lane County. This 81-unit development will include a ground floor, six classroom Early Learning Center jointly operated by three childcare providers with a long history of close collaboration and a focus on serving children with developmental delays and/or disabilities. Located on a 3.0 acre site in the Jefferson Westside Neighborhood. During this tour, participants will be able to view the central green space, playgrounds, community features, community rooms and tour some of the typical apartments.
The site is an active construction site and attendees are required to wear proper PPE including boots, hard hats and safety vests. No shorts or open toe shoes are allowed.

Discuss site design strategies that optimize density while providing adequate outdoor space, parking, and community amenities within budget limitations
