Join us for an in-person event with Net Zero Fellow Maggie Harris, immediately followed by a Thirsty-Second-Thursday event! Maggie will share her newly developed approach for Post Occupancy Evaluations in multifamily buildings that explores the relationship between performance and resident perceptions. Event participants will have the opportunity to learn about the relationship between the objective conditions (building performance) and the subjective conditions (resident perceptions) of affordable housing projects, and the first drink at the followup TTT event will be free to registered attendees of all design and construction disciplines.
