Next to Lead applications are open

Help identify and encourage emerging leaders in your chapter to apply for the 2026–2027 Next to Lead cohort. This 10-month leadership development program supports racially and ethnically diverse women in architecture who aspire to volunteer leadership within AIA through mentorship, networking, and professional development. Applications are open through August 7, and there is no cost to participate.
