With over two decades of experience leading strategic marketing, brand development, and growth initiatives for architecture, engineering, and construction organizations, Miglioratti brings proven expertise in elevating brand identity, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable growth. She joins LRS following influential leadership roles at Swinerton, Säzän Group, Inc., and LeChase Construction, where she directed marketing communications, business development, and strategic planning for more than 17 years. In her new role, Miglioratti will collaborate with firm leadership and studio teams to amplify the LRS Architects brand, champion business development efforts, and guide strategic planning across all market sectors.
