Women’s Leadership Summit (WLS)

For the first time, WLS–the largest event for women architects and designers in the country will be held in Silicon Valley, Calif.–the global center for technology and innovation. 2022 SLS Next Gen Scholarship

The AIA Academy of Architecture for Health (AAH) and the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) will sponsor up to two young professionals seeking licensure to attend the 2022 Summer Leadership Summit (SLS). AF/McAslan Fellowship open

Applications are now open through May 31, 2022, for a summer travel grant. The winning architecture student will engage with John McAslan + Partners and the Manifattura Tabacchi restoration project in Florence, Italy, which features a series of important works by the master architect/engineer Pier Luigi Nervi.

2022 Academy of Architecture for Justice Conference call for proposals

The AAJ Conference is October 9–12, 2022 in Austin, Texas. The theme of the conference is how the injustices that occur within the criminal justice system are not just impacted by one facility but are influenced by community, policy, transportation, and architecture. a/e ProNet David. W. Lakamp scholars announced

The Architects Foundation is awarding the 2022 a/e ProNet David W. Lakamp AIA scholarship to Deanna Ho (Arizona State University) and Jennifer Stieben (University of Kentucky). Firm billings for March 2022

AIA's Architecture Billings Index is a recognized leading indicator for nonresidential construction and is available to AIA members for free. March’s index showed strong growth, with a score of 58.0. Firms reported that 52% of billings in the past year were from renovations, retrofits, rehabilitations, alterations, additions, and historic preservation projects. Learn more >

The 2022 Official Delegate Information Booklet is available on the meeting page site on aia.org. Note that online accreditation of delegates opens on April 29 and closes on May 23. The apportionment of delegates per component was shared on April 29.
