Joanne Scharer has been with the Oregon Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network since 2008. She has worked as a business adviser for the Chemeketa Community College SBDC and currently serves as adjunct faculty teaching Introduction to Business Ownership for the college. She also works on a project basis with the Oregon SBDC Network’s Lead Office focusing on professional development and performance excellence.
