For June’s Urban Design Panel, Hank Smith of Portland Solutions will present on the Mayor’s Blueprint for Ending Unsheltered Homelessness

Portland Solutions is a centralized program hub to address our community’s most pressing homelessness and livability challenges. It brings several programs under one umbrella for added effectiveness and service including the City Shelter Services team which manages the approximately 800 City-run shelter beds, the Street Services Coordination Center, the Impact Reduction Program, and the Public Environment Management Office. By organizing these important programs into one team, we ensure their continued operation into the future and improve our ability to respond to Portland's top issues.
