Sophia enjoys finding strengths in others and bringing their experience and voice into a robust process of co-creation. In her work designing public space through libraries, community centers, and spaces for learning; she seeks to share the power of the built environment with communities who have been left out of our design processes; not only because they deserve to create their own futures, but also to find the moments of delight and community growth that the act of designing together can create.
