The City of Bend is currently looking into options for reuse of this property; City representatives will be present at the charette to provide input on the owner’s goals. Attendees will work together to develop a program and conceptual design for the property.

PLEASE NOTE

• Parking at the venue is extremely limited, so we encourage street parking for those who have the ability to walk a few blocks. Nearby street parking is available on NW Hill Street, NW Georgia Ave, and NW Franklin Ave. 

• A pre-charette walking tour to the site will begin at 2pm for those who have the flexibility to be there early. Meet at the venue and walk over to the site with the group, or meet the group at the Rainbow Hotel a bit after 2pm.
