Local Voices Helping Shape AIA Oregon

Officially founded as the Southern Oregon Chapter of the AIA in 1965, to create a forum for fellowship among the architects of Southern Oregon, the Southern Oregon Section of AIA Oregon continues this camaraderie.  Our members clearly believe that the AIA makes a difference, as indicated by the larger percentage of members that have actively participated in governance and committees for over 50 years.  The commitment of time and effort by our members has kept the group alive and close-nit, boom or bust.

Our voices represent the unique views and needs of widely varying socio-economic, political, geographic and climatic conditions, and we are resolute in our determination to help shape the future of AIA Oregon.  The Southern Oregon region is rich in architectural history, present-day design and future possibilities! Whether in the area for a few days or on a more permanent basis, join us.
